I’ve had the chance to create and fail a tech product oriented start-up and also to initiate an intrapreunarial project by starting and growing a subsidiary of a french multinational in Portugal.
Grateful about that experience and about its learnings about self and the market, I started a community based talent agency believing that sharing is the key to evolution.
My aim is to grew a trust peer to peer community, re-center Talent Acquisition toward iT technical professionals and facilitate company growth through elevation of their teams.
